If you receive an email from Heart of Virginia Council regarding signing up for merit badges at Winter Camp 2026, please ignore it. Bryan Rapp is taking care of registering the merit badges for the entire Troop. If your Scout hasn't given Mr Rapp their merit badge requests, they should do that as soon as possible!

Andrew now plans to do his Eagle project this Saturday, December 13th, due to the weather this past weekend.

Work will begin at 9am and continue until completed. Lunch will be provided. If you have them, please bring work gloves and safety glasses.

The work will be in Andrew's garage, 10100 Ashley Manor Lane, Mechanicsville, VA.

To date, only 50% of our Scouts and 25% of our Adults have completed their paperwork to complete their 2026 Registration. 

Please make arrangements to complete it by our December 2nd meeting!

Year end troop committee meeting to plan  Christmas Party. discuss support roles for 2026 program. 

The Scouts decided that there will not be a Troop meeting on November 25th, 2025!

This means that several things need to be done by the next meeting on December 2nd, 2025 - 2026 Winter Camp fees due and 2026 Annual Registration!

All parents of current Scouts and Committee Members should have received an email with information and instructions concerning registration for 2026.
